One of the better poke places in the GTA in my opinion. Somehow they are able to make the poke bowls so that all the ingredients work together to create a cohesive dish. I find a lot of other poke bowls just feeling like ingredients put together and each component is separate instead of it feeling like one dish. I honestly think the magic is having the right ratio of each ingredient and also in the sauces that they make in house here. The maple sesame shoyu is the one I usually go for. Poke is not the cheapest meal in general, so I would say the price is quite reasonable for the amount of fish you get, and especially since the default number of toppings included for the build-your-own bowl is definitely sufficient. Some other places charge you per topping for the build-your-own option and it adds up quickly! I will say that the bowls can sometimes be inconsistent unfortunately. The black rice was a bit mushy once, and another time I found it too salty (probably over sauced even though I chose regular sauce option). Overall, if you're in the area and craving poke, this is the place to go.

Longtime fan of this place but haven't been in awhile since I moved. Was in the area so had to stop by and see if it was still as good. Happy to report it's still one of the best poke spots in the city. Got the build-your-own-bowl and loved it: The salmon and tuna were fresh, the mango and seaweed salad were vibrant, the black rice was hefty, the garnishes were generous, and the shoyu sauce added a zest to the whole bowl Definitely remembered why I loved going to Poke Eats all these years.

I picked up a ritual order that was very quick, for a poke dish. the poke was on the salty side but I liked the crunch green onions and seaweed. it's a quick meal with protein and very tasty!

My family recently got some take out lunch from Poke Eats. They thought it was very fresh and liked all the choices such as black sushi rice, chopped kale, etc. The family had two minor complaints. First they wish there was a marinated fish option. Second they thought that the portion size was a little small but maybe that's because we are Americans who are used to oversized portions. We would definitely go back if we are in the area again.
